- Uploaded ID and driving licence documents are encrypted and stored in a private area that is not publicly accessible; they can only be viewed by authorised staff after signing in. Every view is logged.
- Documents are never sent as email attachments and are automatically deleted at the end of the retention period.
- Because no payment is taken on the website, no card or bank details are collected.
